Ferananda is internationally recognized in collective intelligence and the next paradigm economics.  The center of her work is social systems design very focused on Wisdom-Driven Organizations and Communities of purpose, place and practice. Ferananda designs experiences and facilitates processes in Europe, Mexico and the US and consults in intentional community design using an integral model she co-developed. As part of ‘The Metacurrency Project’ she works on currencies applications and Deep Wealth Design.

Ferananda Ibarra pioneers the field of Collective Intelligence and New Paradigm Economics. She has implemented complementary currencies and currently focuses on Deep Wealth Design for communities and organizations. She co-founded VillageLab, an organization focused of Regenerative Whole Systems Design and The Metacurrency Project which is developing tools and platforms for open sourcing the next economy.

Jamaica Stevens is the Author and Project Manager for “ReInhabiting the Village: CoCreating our Future” in partnership with Keyframe Entertainment. As an Organizational Design Consultant, Jamaica works with Whole Systems principles empowering people, projects and organizations to THRIVE! She is also an experienced event producer, workshop leader, group facilitator, community organizer, project manager, writer and life coach. She is a core consultant with Village Lab, creator of Tribal Convergence Gatherings, executive producer of Awaken Visionary Leadership Summit, co-founder of Tribal Convergence Network, producer and Program Coordinator with Lucidity Festival. With a focus on urban and rural community village based projects, Jamaica is devoted to promoting a cultural renaissance uplifting people and place while sharing collective intelligence to co-create solutions that benefit all.
