<p>In this workshop we will learn how to preserve abundant fruit harvests and make hard cider and mead. There will also be an overview on Fermentation, how it relates to gut health and many common modern misconceptions being sold in stores these days. There will be a demo on making Raw Kefir and Kefir cheese at the conclusion of the talk.</span></p>
