										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Creating Cohousing, EcoVillages, and Urban Ecovillages are frequently hampered by money and land issues. How do we as a community create the legal framework to create EcoVillages where the cost of creating is affordable to everyone?</p>
<p>We will explore current ecovillages and their ownership models. Look at crafting ownership foundations where vested interested is insured affordability a value. This is a movement away from single ownership models and an exploration into cooperative ownerships, land trusts, and other forms of ownership, stewardship and other definitions.</p>
