How do we find, cultivate, and lead from that source, while composting the old stories, patterns, and structures that don’t support and serve life – within us and around us? What kind of leadership arises in deep contact with the living earth and in communion with a circle of trusted allies that help us to do our most important – and often vulnerable – inner work? And how can we root our efforts and actions – in our own lives and on behalf of all life – in the power of love, in beauty, and in grace? How can we relate across differences that takes the principles of permaculture to heart with the people closest to us? Through interactive engagement, we’ll be experimenting with the principles of permaculture to get closer and live our ideals through active compassion and engaged curiosity. Topics include allyship, integrate rather than segregate, presence as an onsite resource, and creative leadership.

In 2009, she did their first official PDC in Belize at the Maya Mountain Research Farm. Alexandra has worked in the fields of Environmental Justice and Healing Arts, as well as cultivating skills as a teacher through Rudolf Steiner College since 2011. Alexandra recently completed her Counseling Certification from Interchange Counseling Institute in SF and have been living in a food forest with my daughter in Northern California over the last year. Alexandra is happy to offer her unique skills to community as a writer, teacher, counselor, and friend.
