The Convergence is not responsible for the safety of any vehicle utilized by a driver.
The Convergence does not verify the status or sufficiency of any automobile insurance coverage maintained by a driver or applicable to the car being utilized.
You agree that you are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing.
You agree that you hold The Convergence and its staff harmless for any aspect of your exerpeince if you do decide to utilize the Carpool Board.
You agree to use discretion and discernment when electing to carpool.
