IN THIS FORM, YOU MAY:
• Purchase Your Booth and Extras
• Make A Second Payment on Your Booth (if you select pmt plan)
• Purchase More Extras (Tickets, Camping, Electric)
When returning to the form to purchase extras and/or make your final payment, simply return here and fill out the form a second time.*
* You will not be required to fill out information you have already submitted, with the exception of your name, contact information and company name.
The EXTRAS available through this form are:
• Electricity ($35)
• Extra Tickets (up to two additional allowed at this price) ($150 each – already includes discount)
• Camping for Extra People (up to two additional ($10 each – already includes discount)
If you plan to pay in full, you may have one or more DISCOUNT CODES. If you do not have the code, please ask the person who spoke to you about purchasing your booth, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your purchase includes parking pass for (1) vehicle. All additional parking passes can be purchased on site.
By filling out and submitting this form, you are agreeing to our terms stated at the bottom of this form. These terms are designed to help all of us, you, the participants, and the staff, have a positive, clear experience of vendors and exhibiting at the Expo.

Please remember, when you prepare to vend at The Convergence, you will need to BRING*:
• Table Cloths
• Trash Can / Recycling Bin for Your Booth
• Pop Up Tent / Booth Covering and All Required Set Up Materials
* To be clear, we do NOT provide: tables, chairs, table cloths, personal trash and recycling bins, pop up or other booth coverings, and set up material to secure your tent. Please be sure to tell your team to pack all these items to have a smooth set up and Convergence experience.
