Kerry’s search for awareness of inner purpose and alignment of passion with her outer journey to take action has led to a rich layering of leadership experiences, and a deep desire to help others ignite and actualize their passions to unleash their full potential. From leading international volunteers at a research center in rural Ecuador studying the Andean Bear, to diving into the complexities of managing the creation of a Corporate Social Responsibility Program for a 500+ international IT firm, to grassroots community organizing for local food system self-reliance in Australia, she has experienced the challenges of leadership in a broad array of sectors. Prior to joining Daily Acts, she was Executive Director at Sonoma County Conservation Action, where she worked on policies to eliminate synthetic pesticides from schools and public places, advocated to bridge the divide between social and environmental groups, and improved government and grassroots coordination. She is thrilled to be a part of the Daily Acts team as the Leadership Institute and Resilient Hubs Manager focused on sharing practices that empower and connect leaders as we co-create a healthy, just and resilient future.
