Vanessa is a queer farmer, environmental educator, and culture-shifter dedicated to transformative project that support community healing, opens access to land and resources, and fosters a thriving local culture and economy based on human and ecological resilience. Vanessa holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health Sciences from UC Berkeley, and is part of the founding collective of the Queer Ecojustice Project, educating and organizing at the intersection of ecological justice and queer liberation.
