You’ll get seriously inspired during this multi-generational storytelling workshop with some of the most innovative youth food justice and permaculture programs in the Bay Area. Youth and staff representatives from a variety of school-based and community programs – including Urban Tilth, Girls2000, Acta Non Verba Farm and Planting Justice – will share stories about the transformative effects of their programs on youth, their schools, their communities and the planet. We’ll also explore the role of stories and youth perspectives as powerful tools to build a stronger and more inclusive movement.
