Bright Sky is an ecological educator, retired superhero, and current caretaker for Fruitwood Nursery.
She took her PDC in Thailand with Christian Shearer in 2012, after joining the Possibility Alliance- a bike powered annual service tour that embraced spontaneity, joy, and service. Combining this radical approach with sustainability education led her to work on projects across North America and around the world, as well as co-facilitate permaculture intensives in Texas and California. She completed an unaccredited permaculture diploma in 2015.
She has a basic foundation in primitive skills and has hiked the 800 mile Arizona Trail, as well as shorter trips through Colorado and northern Spain. She is excited by all 8 forms of capital, and her holistic context can be summarized with three values: financial stability, autonomy, and serenity.
Currently employed by the MidKlamath Watershed Council to support programs for forestry, fisheries, and outdoor youth education. She joined the Regrarians network hosting REX6 in Texas in 2016.
