Food is growing all around us. Explore how to tap into the abundance and decrease your dependence on the grocery store through foraging and engaging with local farms. Participants will gain an overall understanding of how to interact in a positive way with the ecology and community around them as well as learning the mental, social and health benefits of this practice. We will enjoy freshly foraged foods together as we deepen our knowledge of how to re-shape the local food economy.
