Known as the “Yoga of Awareness”. Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a dynamic technology which utilizes breath work, mantra, mudras, asana and body locks to repair the nervous system, balance the glandular system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood. Each class will include a kriya (a sequence of exercises designed to create a particular effect), deep relaxation and meditation. The practice will leave you feeling elated, clear and open. All levels welcomed.
