Maxwell brings his expertise as a KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Instructor, California certified massage therapist, Ayurvedic practitioner, and musical maestro to his practice. While struggling with auto-immune symptoms, Maxwell sought out the support of the Center’s Pulse Clinic in 2007 to gain a deeper understanding of the root causes of dis-ease. With guidance, he was able to expand his health and self-awareness, through the Heart of Ayurveda and Kundalini Yoga (the Yoga of Awareness). Now, with all auto-immune symptoms non-existent, his experience is available as inspiration that change and healing are possible.

After practicing KY since 2010, he is grateful for the opportunity to offer this Yoga to the greater community. His classes are designed to be accessible to all levels of students, crafted with compassion, to support all in nurturing their own grounding cord to self.
