This workshop will break down the approximate 28 days of the female hormonal cycle into four guided weeks using science, symbolism, and sacred geometry to reveal a predictable and easy-to-understand pattern, applying practical and feminist-positive meaning to a woman’s everyday cycle experience.
Attendees will quickly relate to the 4-phase approach and grasp the benefits of aligning with this internal navigational system for the purpose of making optimal decisions in health, business, and sexuality.
